Any claim should be sent by email (email@example.com) within 7 days of receipt of your package. After this deadline, we don’t take into account any request. We only accept returns linked to a defect on the garment. We will send you someone to pickup the goods. And you will have the choice for an exchange or a refund.
All parcels don't claim and returned to Emirates Dressing will not be refundable.
No cancellation or modification can be possible 24h after the date of payment.
All items sold as part of a promotion are neither taken back nor refunded nor exchanged.
