Any claim should be sent by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receipt of your package. After this deadline, we don’t take into account any request. We only accept returns linked to a defect on the garment. We will send you someone to pickup the goods. And you will have the choice for an exchange or a refund.
All parcels don't claim and returned to Emirates Dressing will not be refundable.
No cancellation can be possible 24h after the date of payment.
All items sold as part of a promotion are neither taken back nor refunded nor exchanged.
